grow up

my head hurts now from too much crying today, and a little bit of swelling in my eyes too.
nervous, cry.
too happy for others, cry.
sad for others, cry.
i think my waterworks broke down today, hur.
it's true that anxiety kills.
and i felt it today.
this feeling i got in the hall it's like a giant emotions balloon waiting to explode.
you can see it on their faces, everyone was nervous while waiting for the moment.
faces tense, smiles that looked sort of forced and fake, trying to smooth out their nervousness.
and when the moment came, all hell broke loose.
some screamed, some jumped for joy, some sobbed, some solemnly sad which are the hardest to approach.
i think i was hysterical.
i can't really remember what exactly i did.
everything happened too fast.
i think i screamed several O-M-G, teared a little, while trying to take it all in.
oh yah, i think my hand shook.
hysterical is definitely the word.

i cant begin how to describe my results.
definitely very disappointed in my maths.
but the others make up for it.
the worst becomes the best, irony somehow.
surreal surreal.
this type of things are hard to say, because everyone have different expectations.
but i'm contented and happy, and that's what matters.
oh, and thankful, especially to my teachers.
managed to thanked a few.
i'm extremely proud of those who did well, especially benjamin.
and sad for those who didn't.
i hate it when people cry, but i hate it even more when people don't.
it's even more awkward and renders me speechless.
i sucks at comforting others.

the aftermath of all these emotional roller coaster, kinda sucks.
after everything settled down, you just feels kind of empty.
and the big question is where are you heading to, for each and everybody.
and that's what sucks.
'cause i have no idea, absolutely zero.
i'm so pathetic.
i thought when i got my results, i will know.
but it didnt came, my inspiration.
it doesnt mean that when you get decent results you will know, it just means that you have more choices than the others.
doesnt it feels so much like all of a sudden we are force to grow up?
imagine a deadline when you have to grow up or you never will, pretty scary hur.
the big word future is frightening scary, lots of decisions to make.
life-long ones, so they say.

adult front, child heart, we are.
lost, lost, pretty lost we are, we are.

Late night thoughts

Sometimes as we rush to move forward, day by day passed and we forget to stop and take a look, to reflect and to feel. All in the name of Busy. I would say that this Friday's sickness came just at the right time as I forced myself to take a much needed break. A full 10 hours of sleep in a while now, having some me time albeit just to lay around in bed the whole day to watch shows. Catching up on conversations with friends I didn't realized I miss so dearly and reminiscing about good old times. It has been merely 5 months odd. Yet, when we talked about school, it feels like another lifetime away. Sometimes I hope that just for even one day, we can go back in time, walk in the corridors and stop to say hi to familiar faces. It's these little things I miss about school. Mostly the once familiar environment and the freedom.  That's not to say that work is a dreadful task. It's just that Work is like an all consuming entity that creeps up in your mind, occupy your life i...

As I'm laying on my bed now, I try my best to not think about my trip tomorrow for fear that I may start panicking. Now that I think about it, I must have been crazy to book an air ticket to Europe two weeks before the flight. 5 weeks in Europe and less than 2 weeks of planning! What was I thinking? And we are only two girls. I didnt even thought about going to Europe after I came back from exchange since I was immensely broke. Well, but I have to say somewhere along the way someone planted that thought in my head. Even though I kept throwing it away and telling myself it's impossible, signs keep popping out and gave me the hope again. And indeed, somehow things that are bad started clicking together and turned for the better. It is like the universe wanted me to go. As always it's the pre trip jittery and I as usual is not prepared at all even under prepared this time. I always start off a trip with uncertainty and come back full of memories. Wish me luck this time round a...
